I had two dreams last night about the Jazz getting the #2 pick. So I'll stick with that.

Jazz get the #2 pick and get Turner in the draft.

We have an 8% chance to move up, and a 12.5% chance to move down. :(

- Don't think the Jazz have the chips to trade up... but I'd love KOC to find a way to put his hands over Turner... naaaah... not going to happen.... One particular big man that worth the price to trade up? Only Favors in my eyes.... if not just stay yhere and try to grab Udoh or Aldrich... because I don“t really like Monroe or Davis...

- May be draft for a sign and trade after the draft? How many time it's required for a draftee to be available to be traded?

The Jazz have the future Memphis draft pick that is a big trade chip, especially if the Jazz don't want to wait for the protection clause to expire like they did with this pick.

A team that doesn't feel like there is much difference between the 5 and 9 pick talent wise in this draft may be willing to move down a few spots hoping that the Memphis pick pans out.

And there's always a dumb team in the top five or six. Like in 2005 when the Blazers traded down from 3 to 6 with the Jazz, in a four-player draft no less, for 2005 pick in the late 20s and a 2006 pick in the late 20s.

the jazz get the #9 pick and package IT with Kirlinko and Price for PHILADELPHIA'S #2 0R 3 PICK AND ALSO GIVE THE JAZZ A PLAYER!

Well, I think that's the case; no big difference in lottery picks higher than 5th... I think you have almost sure bets in Turner, Wall, Favors, Johnson, and a good role player in Aldrich, but after that you can get a very good player out of Cousins, Monroe, Udoh, Whiteside, Aminu, Davis, Henry, Patterson, Lawal, et all... or you can get a bust out off all of them...

Which protections do the Grizlies Pick have attached?

The last thing Philly is looking to do is pick up another max contract guy considering they are already have 3 players with huge contracts.

The only way this would be possible is if the Jazz would take back Elton Brand's god awful contract.

If Philly is really desperate they may take AK and Matt Harprings trade exception for Dalembert, but I think the Jazz would demand that they switch picks, and I still don't see them doing it.

This.

I'm telling you we are going to be 3rd.

Altough I did have a nightmare we dropped to 11th and picked Whiteside...

Philadelphia does have a history of hooking us up, though.
