A team that doesn't feel like there is much difference between the 5 and 9 pick talent wise in this draft may be willing to move down a few spots hoping that the Memphis pick pans out.

The last thing Philly is looking to do is pick up another max contract guy considering they are already have 3 players with huge contracts.
The only way this would be possible is if the Jazz would take back Elton Brand's god awful contract.
If Philly is really desperate they may take AK and Matt Harprings trade exception for Dalembert, but I think the Jazz would demand that they switch picks, and I still don't see them doing it.
