Yeah I realize that, and he prob will be a bust, but his potential is big. I don't know if he is smart enough to reach it though. Unfortunately.... therefore why it is a "risk"

He was just quoting what Draft Express has on their scouting report of Monroe. He didn't run the numbers himself. The bit he's referencing was this:

I didn't mean to say it like they were his, I just couldn't remember where he got them from.

Monroe is starting to look more and more risky to me, still not sure if I'm sold on him.
