The Jazz trade the Memphis pick for Brandon Bass plus Orton. The Jazz get someone to backup Milsap plus a defensive center of Future. The Jazz also resign Korver .

Jazz can't take on salary. Even before signing any of their own free agents, they have less than $2M under the cap.

It can only be used on one player at a time and can't be combined with other assets. I guess we could do Bass for TPE and Orton for Koufos and the Memphis pick, but there is no way that Orlando would do it.
