Here's my list. I don't think I'd move him for anyone else:
Dwight Howard
Dwayne Wade
Lebron James
Since the future and character play a role, here's why I'd turn down the alternatives:
Kobe's past his prime
Mello's too thug
Durant is too unproven (TMac 2.0?)
Rose is too unproven
Yao probably won't ever play more than 80 games total
Bosh is simply not good enough
Dirk is past his prime
Paul doesn't fit into the Jazz as well, and the potential for error after a trade is large enough to nix that deal for me.
Would you trade Williams and for What?

In '03-'04, Jerry Sloan coached the ESPN predicted "worst team of all time" to 42-40.

There are probably a thousand fair deals when you consider the combos of players and picks, but none of them make sense for either teams, usually that team will be the Jazz.

I would consider doing a deal for: CP, Yao, Wade, Melo, and Bosh
After that I wouldn't trade Deron for anyone else straight up. Now, if we could get a package of guys around Greg Oden (yes, I am that desperate for an opportunity at a genuinely dominant big guy), Joakim Noah, or maybe even Brook Lopez I would think about it.
But let's be real. Asking this question is stupid. The only way players of Deron's caliber *ever* get traded is if they are unhappy with their situation and ask out OR if the relationship between the team and the player is so damaged that an ongoing partnership becomes impossible to maintain. And in such cases, the value of said player drops precipitously. You will see this if/when Melo gets traded, just as we saw with a prospective Boozer trade, the Shaq trade, the VC trade, the Barkley trade and on and on. The worst thing that can happen to a franchise is to have their relationship with their franchise guy go south, because you never get equal value back. The Jazz understand this, and they are smart enough to make sure that will never happen with DWill. The only way he leaves or gets traded is if the team is unable to put enough around him to compete at the highest level. In that case, he would have to have an opportunity to go to another team that is capable of doing that in order to make leaving worth it. That is extremely unlikely, and Houston is not it. Although a combo of a healthy Yao and DWill would be nice, particularly with Kevin Martin spacing the floor, I don't see enough there to a) entice the Jazz into a trade or b) compete for a championship afterward.
You would consider Williams for Bosh, but not Kobe? WOW. Kobe has ATLEAST 3 more years in him at a superstar high level. I
Kobe has 1100+ games and nearly 40,000 minutes on his legs and is 32 years old and largely reliant on his athletic ability. Not just that, but this past season he was not even at a superstar level. His PER was the lowest its been in a decade, he experienced drops in RR, AR, USG and TS% for the second time in three years...I think the days of Kobe playing at an elite level are over. Of course, he'll still have the rep of being such, but you'll only see him perform that way during stretches instead of on a nightly basis.
As for Bosh...I think he might have made the jump to superstar status last season without anyone realizing it. He was a monster on the boards, scored at an incredibly high rate on very good efficiency and didn't turn the ball over much. Also, having seen him dominate defensively for Team USA, I believe he can be among the best 5 PFs in the game on that end of the court as well. Still, he's a question mark, since he only did it for one year, which is why I have him as a consideration. Another year like last season on a 66 win Heat team and he will be being talked about as possibly the best big man in the game. He could be that good.
