Al Jefferson came into last years camp 31 pounds lighter then the previous .His normal weight the year before was 293.

Now he's 280.

This seems like a decent weight for Al. Always a balance between keeping trim for the sake of the knee and maintaining solid muscle mass for his fights down in the post.
