Good-natured sidenote to one of my favorite posters:

Purch, my friend, I'm ecstatic to say you were wrong. Not only a win, but another double-digit comeback win, with our starters winning it for us down the stretch.

Here's hoping we get a damn lead before the fourth quarter next game.

i can't handle this emotional roller coaster much longer, but a victory is much better than a loss

I think we all know who to really thank for this road trip:

Danny Glover
Christopher Lloyd
Tony Danza
Joseph Gordon-Leavitt

And with that, I hereby retire the Angels in the Outfield picture. The boys are on their own now. Someday, if the need is great enough, I may bring it back....

These close wins are starting to scare me, we need to keep ahead or close better instead of getting in gear when we are 10+ points down.

I can't believe they won this game. I'm going to cheer extra loud on Monday for these bastards.

Does anyone else think Hayward could benefit from some time in the D-league to get his confidence up?

Not really, to me this guy is NBA ready, he just needs time. He's not at the level of Wall and Griffin obviously, nor does he have the same opportunity, but we can afford to have him come along slowly. He got some playing time early, but we could afford to give him much PT in the last 5 playing from behind. He'll get his opportunities soon enough, and I'm sure he'll be part of rotation sometime this season, if not at worst to start next season. It's just 10 games, lets be patient, most of the top rookies have been disappointing so far, it's a big jump.

If you look at the top 6 teams in the west standings the only team that has played more than 3 games on the road is Utah and they have played 7. The Jazz schedule has been murder so far. Now they get 6 of the next 7 at home with only 1 back to back in that span. Hopefully that will give them the time they need to figure out their first half problems.

Hayward could use some consistent burn to get his shot on track and such. He'd get it in the d-league.

So, is this the moment when we the fans begin making the angel motion to indicate that, while there is no act of God to help the team deliver in its hour of need, we the fans stand in solidarity with them? Then again, I haven't seen it in 10 years...

We've been awesome on the road, outside of the Denver game. What I'm more worried about is our home energy, we used to be automatic at home, but we got blown out in our home opener Phoenix, and we relied on a huge rally to beat the Clippers? The Toronto game was the way to handle our opponents at home. Ofcourse that was a small sample, and we've had our share of injuries too.

Role players namely rookies play better at home so I expect better min from our bench durring this next streach.

The improvement in Fes is really helping the Jazz. Just the fact that they can now actually have a seven footer out there on the court who is not completely clueless, huge in my opinion.

Absolutely. He hasn't had any overwhelming stat lines, but Kyrylo has been huge these last five games.
