If only we could get more production from Raja. I do like Earl at the 1 Deron at the 2. AK looking sharp too! :D

Even though Raja is yet to really find his stroke, he still stretches the defense and opens up the middle for Al and Paul.

His defense is still solid aswell.

Long time follower first time poster! The JAZZ are really coming together and this has been a fun year and an exciting time to be a Jazz fan. I can't wait until Memo comes back and Sloan fits him into the rotation.

There is a significant difference with this team. The Jazz now play defense and win on the road which we did not do so before. Injuries could slow down any team but without any significant injuries the Jazz will be top 3 seed in the west and maybe #1 seed.
Top 4 seed in the West!!! Guaranteed!!!

We are playing right now with one significant injury (Memo)

This team would be pretty good with him.

Altough he is not a great deffender, he has done great works vs the ones like Duncan or Yao in the past. He will be interesting to see what he can offer.

We aren't any better in defensive efficiency than we've been the last several years. The difference is the way we get there. We're better at forcing misses, but we're so bad at getting the board off those misses that its not making us better overall. Also, we're only at a little over +4 in MOV, so while we've been winning, its been by close margins. Unless we can have more games like Milwaukee and NO, where we play well throughout and beat people decisively, then the wins and losses will correct themselves. Its too early to tell what it is, so the only thing to do is stay patient, watch it unfold and hope that as our pieces settle in to their new roles and surroundings, that we continue to improve. I've liked what I've seen since that debacle vs. San Antonio (and the one against OKC that preceded it) but we've got to keep chipping away and getting better. Jefferson must rebound better. Millsap needs to improve there, too. AK needs to quit hoisting so many Js and get slashing to the rim (he's shooting a terrible 42% on the year). Jefferson has to keep improving his off-the-ball game and get comfortable with that hook shot. Raja needs to start hitting more consistently. Deron's shot is just now coming around.

.....I could go all day. I've liked some stuff, but if we want to keep up our 73% winning percentage--a mark that will get us to 60 wins, btw--then we're going to have to improve. The level of play we've seen thus far will not get us there. I'm hopeful that we will.
