The Jazz issues have always been lack of pushing the ball by Dwill (but he did it well tonight); No interior shot blocking/itimidation (we need a center badly); and poor outside shooting (Bell did it well tonight)
Jefferson is averaging nearly 2 blocks a game. The Jazz are the 5th best shot blocking team in the league. That is no longer lacking.

Jefferson is a PF playing center. The Jazz should look to move him or Millsap to get a true center maybe even someone like Kaman (who overpaid) would help the Jazz rebounding and interior defense.
Top 4 seed in the West!!! Guaranteed!!!

If you're going to move one of them you're going to move Millsap. I would prefer that we hold onto both of them and try and pickup a defensive/rebounding C in FA. We could then move Jefferson over to the 4 spot and bring Millsap back off the bench.
AK, Deron, Jefferson, Bell all played really well. Was impressed by Watson as always. Fes, Hayward and Evans surprised me by getting minutes. I like the idea of giving all three of them more PT. Millsap did good but fouled out which sucked. I was really impressed with Jefferson except his rebounding which was pretty terrible. He is starting to look like he is finding his rhythm in the offense.
Anyone else feel as if Deron learned a few things while he was out watching Watson run the team? He seems to be able to spread things around a bit better and it just feels like there is a better flow/vibe with the whole team. It's less of Deron carrying the team and more of him finding his numbers throughout the flow of the game and getting everyone else more involved.

Agree, echo. Deron's been much improved running the team since his injury.

Re: Jazz VS kings
Jefferson's offensive game is very much that of a 5. He spends most of his time near the rim, at least within 10 feet of it, and doesn't have as much range as Sap or Okur. He's also not quick enough to guard mobile 4s in this league. I'm not sure why you are so strongly wanting to label him a PF. He has been a very serviceable Center for this team all season long. Moving him to PF with a traditional C is going to cause even more spacing issues than we already have, unless you mean having Okur play C with Al playing PF, but he will still play C on offense.

Word is, South Beach is ecstatic that they
won't be seeing Millsaps talents again this season...
