I would be surprised if there were any fewer televisions per capita in Utah. But I wuold be equally surprised if the amount of time spent watching television per day was above the national average.

I think that you are right there. I don't agree with them, but the main target in the Pleasant View lawsuit was HBO. They felt that if their neighbor was perving out watching HBO pornagraphic movies, that it impaired their quality of life as a community and caused fear for the saftey of their children.

I can't remember the whole deal, but one of the judges actually ruled that citizens do have a "right" to a certain standard level of "quality of life," which was free from pornography (i beleive that was it).
