3 Jazz trades this week

Post#1 » by Montanajazz » Mon Feb 21, 2011 4:12 pm

These are three trades the jazz should make this week to help the team now and in the future.
Kirlinko + Price to
Detroit for Prince and Monroe
Okur and Haywood to Golden State for Ellis
Fesenko to Houston for Brooks

Bring Jeffers up from D league We save 3.5 to 4 mil in salary cap

Williams Watson Brooks
Ellis Bell Jeffers
Prince Miles
Milsap Evans
Jefferson Monroe Elson

Lol

So Houston dumps Brooks for nothing, Golden St. ditches Ellis for an unproven rookie and Detroit gives up on Monroe?

This is embarrassingly bad.

NO chance. That isn't fair at all. I doubt they would even do it with Rip.

Not a chance.

This one is actually interesting. Weren't they talking about Lee for Asik? This is similar to that trade.

Except for Brooks being better than Lee (Brooks averaged almost 20 PPG last year) and Asik being better than Fesenko.

Awful trade ideas as the other team would never say yes unless O'Connor had pictures of their owners with male prostitutes.

There's a lot of joking around on here about "aw, man, [so and so's team] gets raped in this deal!" And it's usually not quite as bad as all of that...

... but this truly is as close as you can get to sexually assaulting someone without actually doing it. I mean... just... wow.

First of all, I'm betting those numbers don't all add up. And even if they do, it doesn't matter. I mean, I'm just in shock. Monta Ellis for a rookie who looks solid, but hasn't proven anything, and a costly big who may be done in the NBA?

The expiring contract of Andrei Kirilenko and RONNIE PRICE for Detroit's big man of the future?

KYRYLO FESENKO for Aaron Brooks? There is no "bad locker room situation" so bad that you give away Aaron Brooks for Kyrylo Fesenko.

I'm going to go take a shower. Literally; no joke.

This is why its such a pain in the ass to sit around listening to Jazz fans every 2 seconds "JAZZ NEED TO MAKE A DEAL, C'MON KOC, GREG DOESNT CARE BLAH BLAH BLAH"

I know. I sort of feel like in that Jodie Foster movie where she gets raped on a pin ball machine and there was the dude just watching and not knowing how to react.

Pistons FO has already said Monroe is untouchable so why would you include him in a trade?

Both Ellis & Curry have been mentioned in trade talks so I think one of those guts could be had!
