#12, CJ, Future 1st for #6 Brandon Knight
I hope we land Williams or Kanter at #3, then I believe the draft will go as follows:
#4 Cleveland takes: Biyombo or Vesely
#5 Toronto takes: Kemba Walker... Toronto needs a leader
#6 Washington is the big draft Loser because the last good player with real potential is at the PG position which they have filled. So the Jazz send CJ who will fill the SG/SF need if they can't resign Nick Young, and we send the #12 and the lesser of our 2 picks next year.
In a draft where its a pick em' from 6-20 the Wiz would do well to pick up CJ and an extra pick next year.
Both sides do this.

I doubt CJ is worth that much. If you replaced CJ with Millsap then I think they do it but not for just CJ and the 12th in a weak draft.
And how do you figure Knight slipping down to the 6th spot? Who are the Jazz taking at the 3rd? Kanter/Williams? I highly doubt the Raptors take Walker over Knight so it would be Walker at the 6th not Knight.

I think we'd do it for Millsap, but everyone on the Washington board wants your #3 cause of Kanter's desire to play with Jimmy Wall

Seriously...
Who would the jazz want on the wizards... Wall (untouchable), McGee (most likely untouchble), and a quite bit further down the list is Blatche and Nick Young.
I don't think that they make good trade partners at all.

Any money saving deal is more appealing to management than to fans so I don't expect yall to love this, but is it reasonable?
#3, #12, Okur for
#6, #18, and 1 of (Trevor Booker, Kevin Seraphin, #34, Jordan Crawford)
You can still get your PG and Jimmer while cutting costs and adding a free piece.

Also, I'd strongly consider Blatche and #6 for Milsapp and #12

Our lotto pick #6, ATL's pick #18, #34
Blatche, Seraphin, and probably Booker may be for the taking
We also have cap space to absorb any deals such as Okur's..
Obviously Wall is untouchable and McGee will only be included in a trade that would bring us immense quality.. and Crawford seems to be a darling of management so he isn't going anywhere
Essentially we could give you a defensive center prospect in Seraphin to take Okur's contract off your hands and move up 3 spots

Re: #12, CJ, Future 1st for #6 Brandon Knight
The only way I see the Jazz dealing with the Wizards is if we get their 6th pick this year and their first rounder next year with very limited or no protections. It's a 3 player draft and after those 3 the drop off is fairly significant so both the Wizard lower picks aren't worth much compared to a top 3 pick.
None of your young players are worth much if anything to us. We don't need to trade for a defensive big man prospect when we could just draft Kanter for ourselves and we're already loaded on big men as is.

I think if it was the Golden State pick it would work. Can CJ be traded though? Right now he's in limbo with a team option.

Our unprotected 2012 pick is worth more than anything in this draft except probably Irving. I also don't see how Knight/Walker are worse prospects than Kanter, just that we don't need a PG. You also explained why the Jazz would do it... you are loaded on big men and don't need Enes. I don't see a player on the Cavs that would make you prefer them to us as a trade partner either.
But by the way, if you feel the draft is so weak what do you want for #12?

The Jazz were 2nd to last in rebounding. They are loaded NOT with big men, especially a Center. Memo has a busted leg and Jefferson is not the tough center you want....he is a power forward who can score but not rebound well.
Jazz need a center. They have the PF Favors.

Well make up your minds, if you aren't loaded on big men and need a C then Seraphin would have value to you.
