Re: Hayward is a SmFwd
With two wing players like Hayward and Burcs, I don't find this debate relevant, the jazz did a great job in the draft. they have a wing position, there are two good young players on the wing who are interchangeable, also both good wing players...

PG: 6'0 185 lbs
SG: 6'3.5 202 lbs
SF: 6'6 213 lbs
PF: 6'7 235 lbs
C: 6'10 252 lbs
Gordon Hayward, with out shoes measured out at 6'6, 207. He's exactly what the average SF is supposed to be, why are we wanting to shrink him down and take him farther away from the basket?
Yea, but that's the average for the whole league. I bet the average for just starters at each position is significantly different. Those numbers are skewed downward from all the skilled midgets people have the bench.
I just don't want gordon guarding durant / melo / lebron. I want someone with more strength, length and athleticism at the 3. He is clearly a capable 3, but defensively, I'd prefer him at the 2. Just imo...

Gee, sounds like Kawhi Leonard would have been a great pick!
Yuck. We need Danny Granger asap. ZOMG that'd be amazing.
