Thar was my initial thought too. He always was good at inside moves and getting the most of his ability. AD did not look good in the playoffs two years ago, but it may have been a result of the whole season of problems the Nuggets had.

Plus injuries. I don't really know his strengths and weaknesses. It's not an assistant's job to manage a game though.
