I read somewhere that part of it is that the deal would put the Hornets into the tax.

I've talked to a number of agents today. They all believe that David Stern will eventually allow the CP3 trade to go through. We'll see.

So the other owner's are paying NO's payroll since they are league owned right? They're taking back a lot of money in this deal.

And mediocre players. And no promising picks. The value of the Hornets franchise takes a HUGE hit with this trade.

According to Brousard, a new deal has been worked out and Paul is headed to LA.
