Favors and Kanter might get a combined 25m if Favors is just good and Kanter shows potential, there's like two teams in the league that pay their big men rotation more than 35m, the Mavs and Lakers. I can't see the Jazz paying three big men big money.

I believe Millsap is the only Jazz player who should not be traded.
He has the talent and heart to be the leader of this team. Give him more responsibility.

He has the heart, and enough talent, but he doesn't have the size needed to get us deep into the playoffs. I'd love to see him become a 6th man, the question is whether or not he wants that.
In '03-'04, Jerry Sloan coached the ESPN predicted "worst team of all time" to 42-40.
