I think you guys need to take Hinrich off your list. He is battling a hamstring injury, had a cyst removed from his shoulder and his labrum repaired and is expected to miss at least the first month of the season. And his contract expires after this year. He wouldn't give you much bang for your buck this year.

i'd not use the TPE to acquire a medium caliber player, maybe a good player AND a pick, or some picks.

i would agree to use that tpe on Gordon, ok he is over payed but Jazz need players like him, he got good dribble, he is solid defender and know how to pass ball but most of all he is pure shooter. I have heard many times how he refer about Jazz organization in very positive words. Simply Jazz+Gordon=good fit.

ps. If not Gordon what do you think guys about Martell Webster candidacy, i know he is far from being perfect for the Jazz but he is good shooter, still young, one year contract with 2 year option, i think he could be useful of course if he is healthy.

I would take Gordon if he was a couple million cheaper and a year or two shorter in contract length but that's just too much to bring back.

Webster has been hurt too much. I don't think he'd be worth brining in when we already have Josh Howard. They're practically going to give you the same things.

Gordon makes way more than the TPE is worth - we can't trade for him.
