I think this must be true.

And I think CJ must kill it in practice scrimmages.

Do I think Paul is a cancer right now? Absolutely not. Do I think he could become one if he feels that Jazz are mistreating him all season...yeah, I do. Everyone can preach what a saint the guy is, but he's still a human being, who's feelings can get hurt. Most of his friends on the team have been traded away, and he's been benched in favor of guys who haven't done what he's done. I know guys who have been out with him privately, and I would personally be shocked if he resigned here long term. We need to move him while his value is high.

Trade him or don't trade him, that remains to be seen. But lets not $hit ourselves and say Millsap is more likely to become a locker room cancer rather than being a key role player for the Jazz. Millsap has a great amount of value here in Utah and if he were to accept a 6th man role, we'd have a good start at making our bench stronger.

Strong benches are what make a good team a great team. Trading him away weakens what we have now as far our frontcourt goes. I'm not saying it is great, but we don't know what it could be. So lets not jump the gun and instead wait to see what develops.

wilson chandler for paul millsap. it is what both teams are lacking in the starting lineup. nuggets need a hustler who can get boards, jazz need a guy who can score and shoot. chandler can do both those things.

Disagree on all counts.

You don't go out of your way to get rid of talented players on good contracts. Sap should only be traded if Utah gets an offer that knocks their socks off.

Sap can wait if that's what's best for the team, and Utah has every right to expect a player under contract to understand that.

As much as I like Al and really wanted him to have success in Utah, his contract makes him next in line to be seriously shopped if the Jazz can't turn things around.

Wizards could use Jefferson. Utah is a better team without Al because Millsap is a hustler and more of a glue guy. He fits in with the young guys because Paul Millsap is an unselfish player.

How about Rashard Lewis (some sort of team option, or just amnesty him next season, the last on his deal) for Al Jefferson and CJ Miles? Washington includes something like a 2013 first round pick.

Saunders and Grunfeld need to save their jobs and Blatche is going to get them fired if they don't get somebody better at PF. As a Wizard fan, I think Jefferson next to McGee is way better than Blatche and McGee. At least I think so.
Tre Johnson is the future of the Wizards.

I'll have to restrain my immediate reaction (that any trade sending out Al and CJ Miles is a good one), because it's never a good idea to take on the worst contract in NBA history in a trade -- even if it is just one more year. I think we can get more value for Al.
