Well, we won vs Philly and we were playing without our best scorer. So, if you're a deep team, this is not an excuse.

Well, I think we are thin in PG position because Harris and Watson are ok, but when you have played 25 years with Stockton and Deron they are not enough.
Hayward, Howard, Burks, Miles and Bell are 5 players than in a given game can solve you a problem.
No one is a star, but you always have one (or more) of them having a great game.
Then Jefferson, Kanter, Millsap and Favors is clearly above average in this league.
They are averaging 29 rpg. Only those four. Good deffense, good offense.
We lack a superstar, this is for sure, but we can play different lineups all the day. Sometimes you are going to win thanks Jefferson, Millsap, Hayward, Bell and Harris, then other day you win thanks to Kanter, Favors, Howard, Burks and Watson, and then you can change any of those player in the other lineup and Jazz look nice.
We still have to play better, start stronger, and have a better offense, for sure, because still it's not orchestrated, but with better offense, we´ll be a great team to watch, and in a few years a very strong team.

Re: We are playing well, but....
im not talking even about an all star level players, more about good role players, i dont see that squad as really good build one, we let to many good players go unfortunately, we dont have quality pg( im not saying next Stoc or dwont, but something like ... Calderon, Miller etc) for now we dont have true strong center, there is completely lack of sg/sf with reliable distance shoot, and probably we are missing few other things which i forget.

Some people always find something to complain about.

I prefer to look at as setting the bar higher. I want the Jazz to win an NBA championship, not just be a playoff team. And if they do ever win a title, I'm sure I'll want them to win another one.
What's wrong with that?
