Re: Jazz Relocation?
There's a couple of guys here that babble about Las Vegas every now and then. Other than that I haven't heard anything.

Wait, contract a team that averages 19,000+ people a game each season and has been in the playoffs regulary?

You crack me up. If your contracting the Jazz, might as well contract your Bucks too, what is their attendance average and arena situation again?

Why would players not wanting to live here have to do with contraction? I'm sure Salt Lake City isn't the primmest spot for an NBA player to live, but it has no effect on any relocation.

Re: Jazz Relocation?
1 – New York Knicks – $655 – Biggest market… biggest worth.
2 – Los Angeles Lakers – $643 – Second largest market… you get the idea.
3 – Chicago Bulls – $511 – Big market. Sports town. And they are winning again!
4 – Boston Celtics – $452 – Celtics are right up there with the Lakers, Cowboys and Yankees when it comes to franchises.
5 – Houston Rockets – $443 – You can thank Yao Ming for this. The Rockets are huge in China.
6 – Dallas Mavericks – $438
7 – Miami Heat – $425 – The big 3. LeBron James joining the Heat upped their worth by 17%. The most in NBA history.
8 – Phoenix Suns – $411
9 – San Antonio Spurs – $404 – They just win and with pretty much the same guys doing the winning every year.
10 – Toronto Raptors – $399
11 – Orlando Magic – $385
12 – Golden State Warriors – $363
13 – Detroit Pistons – $360
14 – Portland Trail Blazers – $356 – They aren’t the largest market, but they are the only NBA team in the entire Pacific Northwest and the only pro team in all of Oregon (soon to change with the Portland Timbers of MLS).
15 – Cleveland Cavaliers – $355
16 – Utah Jazz – $343
17 – Philadelphis 76ers – $330
18 – Oklahoma City Thunder – $329 – With two of the best young players in the NBA, it’s a shame they aren’t in Seattle anymore.
19 – Washington Wizards – $322
20 – Denver Nuggets – $316
21 – New Jersey Nets – $312
22 – Los Angeles Clippers – $305 – Don’t be surprised to see this go up. The Clippers have the market to work with and now they have a team that can sell tickets and a player (Blake Griffin) that can sell jerseys.
23 – Atlanta Hawks – $295
24 – Sacramento Kings – $293
25 – Charlotte Bobcats – $281
26 – New Orleans Hornets – $280
27 – Indiana Pacers – $269
28 – Memphis Grizzles – $266
29 – Minnesota Timberwolves – $264
30 – Milwaukee Bucks – $258

Re: Jazz Relocation?
Answer: No. The team owns the arena and they are strong financially. Unlike the Bucks.
