Great game, wolves fans.

A lot of Jazz fans would agree. But part of what makes Watson so effective is that he mostly plays against other bench PGs. He gives our bench a distinct advantage, and he loves getting the young guys going.

sad i had to miss this game. killer block by favors, killer maravich-like pass by rubio, and killer fadeaway by millsap. even better the score ended up how it did.

Minnesota has a very bright future. Wouldn't be surprised in the least to see Rubio become the best PG in the NBA in a few years.

They took it to us despite playing last night and up until the final two minutes the outcome was very much in doubt. They're a force to be reckoned with.

Nevertheless, great game by the Jazz, especially Jefferson and Millsap who were able to dominate their frontcourt tonight.

Guys. I went to the game tonight and sat on the 8th row. That isn't the best part though. I shook Jerry Sloan's hand before the game. He introduced himself to me by saying "Hi, I'm Jerry."

And you didn't invite me? Did you at least say hi to Jerry for me?

I love that Sloan and Johnson are still involved with the team - classy people, classy front office.

I can't remember most of it. I didn't even tell myself to take note of his huge hands. I just smiled like a dick and didn't say much. I was too scared.

This is just what I wanted out of tonight's game.

A competitive game, a great show from Ricky Rubio, and a solid 10 point win.
Jazz on your face.

Ridnour did play well, I'd love to have him on the Jazz.

But seriously Rubio might be the best rookie I've ever seen. Can't shoot a lick, but when he was in the game he was the best player on the floor for either team, just doesn't have the supporting cast yet to make him look as good as he really is. As soon as Williams figures it out those two are going to be a good duo, but he needs more help.

I don't think Rubio is a bad shooter. I've seen a lot of his games with League Pass and I think its just a shooting slump. The kid is so well rounded though, that he can have a great offensive and defensive night even when he shoots 1/11, like versus the Clippers where he made a game tying 3 that put Love in a position to win the game or atleast send the Wolves to OT. 9pts 6rbs 6asts 3stls 1blk is not bad for one of his worst games so far, especially with the game tying shot.

I havent seen Sloan involved with the team since he left but Johnson does occasional pregame/halftime/post game analysis.
