I know he's playing poorly right now, but I'd let Raymond Felton play out the rest of his contract as our starting PG.

I don't know what we have that the Blazers want, but I'd happily throw CJ their way. With us being under the cap I don't think the salaries need to match.

Calderon for the TPE, basically.

With your stacked frontcourt, Calderon is exactly the type of PG you need. He will feed the bigs constantly and create more room for them to operate with his 3pt shot.

So, you're saying we need probably the worst defensive point guard in the league?

Nooooo thanks.

Calderon is truly awful on the defensive end, he's one of the biggest reason why Toronto has remained only mediocre at best for the past 5 or so years. Opposing point guards destroy him on a nightly basis. There's a reason why D-Will had some of his best games against the Raptors while he played for the Jazz and that reason is good old Jose.

I don't have a problem with this season, because it's obvious we are in the middle of a proccess and will have some good games and many ugly ones.
Fact is... if Jazz brass really want to contend for a playoff spot this season they have to take chances right now, be it by tweaking pieces, lineups and playing time, be it by trade, or both.
If they don't then they should commit to develop the young talent using the veterans to try to stabilize games when the young guns get overplayed.
Either way, in the future Jazz will need shooting efficiency, real PG abilities, a ittle bit more athleicism and some nastiness.

Dragic, Jack and Augustin would be my choices. Jack and Dragic being 1 and 2 respectively.

I would prefer just going after DJ Augustine in the offseason than most of these trades.

Although fans tossing out a Rondo to JAzz scenario isn't too surprising, I was surprised to see that HoopsWorld had an article that proposed a Harris/Sap for Rondo/Allen trade and how it could benefit both teams, and it seems that Rondo's name keeps popping up with trade rumors, which often become a self-fulfilling prophecy.

Question is, would Rondo really help the Jazz and be worth the cost? He is a great hustler and defender/energy guy, but is as bad or worse an outside and free throw shooter as Harris. Are his stats inflated by playing with Allen and Pierce?

If this type of trade were to occur, would you rather give up Sap or AJ with Harris? Would you do it at all?

Rondo is not a good defender, he can gamble for steals because the Celtics have KG, but he doesn't do anything else well and would look unbelievably bad if the Jazz's interior defense was Al Jefferson.

Hate to admit it but when push comes to shove, I rather give up Millsap than Jefferson unless we need to get rid of Jefferson's contract.
