All these guys are extremely talented. I might be wrong as I have not seen many games but it seems each one of them has some mental flaws:

Hayward... Lacking consistency.
Favors... Not determined enough. Sometimes his "I don't care" face expression reminds me of Beasley/Salmons etc..
Burks... Very selfish
Kanter... Unconfident

Sometimes I wonder if Favors will ever really break out in this league, does he have the drive to improve? We know he has the physical ability but you need more than that.

I would rank Hayward no.1, kanter 2, burks 3, favors 4

Hence "little bit", no where did I say he was going to be Kevin Love out there. Not to mention he's averaging 5/5 in 15 minutes in his first season of where he should be in college right now.

if he was starting and getting the minutes kevin love got his rookie year, i think they would be pretty comparable. love put up 11/9 in 25 minutes a game his rookie year. he also played in college.

The bigger issue with Favors might not be his drive, but his terrible touch and on-court decision making.

As much as I want to believe in Favors potential and development arc, I have to really wonder if his stock will ever be higher than it is right now..

I have to think that the Jazz are floating his name in trade offer combined with Devin / CJ / Raja, etc, just to see what sort of offer they may get...

The Jazz won't trade Favors. He's way too young to put a label or cap on.

At the very least he's going to be a bigger stronger Millsap who can play defense on any of the bigs in the league. He's already far better on pick and roll D then either Millsap or Jefferson. Give the boy some time.

The off season this year is going to be big for all the young guys.

I don't think there's any guarantee whatsoever that Favors will become nearly as skilled or intelligent as Millsap. Favors will probably be a 12-10 guy. How good his defense is will determine how much value he provides.
