This year is supposed to be building year and I do not think that anyone have expectations for this year. So for this year development comes first, winning is nice but not a must. Give more minutes do Favors, Kanter.
Winning one or two games decreasing their minutes, does not mean anything...

hayward off the bench. he did pretty good. who knows? ginobili has made a pretty decent living playing against other teams' 2nd units. perhaps this is hayward's calling. (i believe the same can be said about millsap as well)

favors and burks need more game time. we all know by now what cj brings. he is good to have on the team in case of injury, but he is not to be relied upon for the teams success. hayward and watson are a good leadership combo for that second unit.

if it would decide if we gonna make to play offs or not those few more wins mean a lot, there is only one important rule - you play to win, not tomorrow or sometime in future, but now. For Youngsters play offs experience is more important than playing few more minutes in rs, plus only losers in nba keep talking about developing, future, draft and so one so one, you play with the best what you got, young talented players, if they are really good, will finally win starting spot.

I agree that Fav/Alec/Enes deserved more playing time, but not because we need to developed their talent but because with them on floor we are often better team.
