Simply put, he's awful, and I see little or no chance of the Jazz bringing in a player that could possibly be worse than CJ Miles has been.
I think you over estimate the free agent wing market.

There are at least 15 wing players that will be UFA's this year that are better options than CJ, and that doesn't include RFA's and an unusually strong wing draft this year with names like Beal, Barnes, Lamb, Gilchrist, Miller and Rivers all coming in as lotto picks.
He'll definitively make a team somewhere, but I'd be shocked if he is a rotation player next year. Make no mistake, CJ Miles is one of the worst players in the league.

Players like him are a dime a dozen u can find streaky guys like him anywhere form the 6'3-6'7 ft range, so ill say no.
