Goran Dragic Discussion Thread
I've seen a lot of folks on here express interest in Goran Dragic, and would count myself among them. After finally being given the reigns, in part because of injuries to Kyle Lowry, Dragic showed what he's capable of and earned himself some MIP votes.
Extremely quick in the open floor, an able passer, and a creative finisher, he will get plenty of attention this off-season and may very well be overpaid.
What would it take to get him, and would you want him? How well would he fit in with our young core?

I would like him in our team.
I still don't know how Phoenix send him to Rockets, knowing Nash days are gone.

Re: Goran Dragic Discussion Thread
I'd be willing to throw a good chunk of money at him to get him here.
Love his game and I think it would he'd be a great fit on this team.
I wonder what his price will be.... Paul Millsap money? Devin Harris money? I'd probably be willing to pay something in between those for him. Not sure if I could justify Devin Harris kind of money for him, but I would certainly be tempted.

I like him but prefer to trade for Lowery or Tyreke Evans if anyway possible bc Dragic is a very weak defender.
Top 4 seed in the West!!! Guaranteed!!!

Dragic will probably get Harris money; I like him, but I'm not sure I want to pay that much.

I'm not sure Dragic is an upgrade (or much of one) from Harris and I think that he will get overpaid. I really like many of the FA PGs in 2013, and think that it is better to ride out Harris' contract until then and try to pick someone up like CJ Watson, Darren Collison, Jrue Holiday, or Jeremy Pargo.

I just don't see it happening. We're gonna use Harris next year

i think he is worth going after, but i wouldnt be suprised to see Portland go after him with big money due to thier pg issues. i personally like his game a lot better than a lot of the pgs in the 2013 class. i think that if we could grab him at a reasonable price (D Harris money is probably too much), then we should pull the trigger. next year he could get a ton of playing time as backup pg and even play alongside of harris at sg down the stretch like he did with nash. because our current backups tinsely and watson are good facilitators but they just cant put the ball in the hole. i want him

I like him, but also realize that he is a product of Steve Nash's brilliance. Playing the pick and roll with Nash has made a lot of people a lot of money, this will be no different.

Wasn't really a fan of this guy to begin with but as he's played more and more I've grown to like him, dude can play. I reckon it would help if we got him but I don't know if he's the right guy we need.

I'd say his pay day is more a result of his play in Houston than in Phoenix. Unless you mean he learned how to ably run a pick-and-roll by being around Nash -- which can only be a good thing

Reading about Avery Bradley on the Boston board has always taken me aback; those guys seem to despise him.
I guess that's true as a general rule, though. Fans always seem to hate their own players/coaches.

I hope they hate him enough to let us sign him cheap...... Guy is one of the best defenders at his position, and will only get better offensively.......
