Collision is underrated, the pacers system didn't fit him. He played great at New Orleans when Chris Paul got injured.
But i still think you guys should give the play making job to Gordon Hayward, i watched many games of jazz the last couple of season and he has really impressed me with his play making. I think he will be an all star soon if he is given that opportunity.

I agree entirely. Make Hayward the Point Forward. He would have to work on his handles a little bit, but he sees the floor as well as anyone else on the team.

That's Hayward's big asset: floor vision and, along with it, a high IQ. If he can protect the ball a little better during his dribble drives, the sky is the limit for his playmaking.
