been sick of seeing our starters getting 29 mpg all year...

they need 34-38

Your bench had a rough go and definitely let us back in. Ill take being up 2 all day with that 1st half performance

lol sorry was meant to be on the suns board...

I was wondering why this post never posted.

Gentry sucks at rotations and doesnt play our starters enough.

But speaking of bench/starters...whats the deal with Hayward?

Hayward struggles offensively in his role as a starter, but he is aggressive off the bench.

supposedly he is coming off the bench so he'll have a bigger role in the offense and get more touches.

The real decision the Jazz FO is making is between Continuity, Cap Flexibility, and Cash Considerations.

I've loved the passing and ball movement tonight. Al can score fine in a movement offense. Please, Ty, ditch the dump-and-watch offense.

He's not the problem but he's not the solution either. How's that?

Don't get too excited. Phoenix played horrible tonight. Tough game ahead tomorrow in Denver.

Great game.

1st quater was awful. But all others. Good movement in the offense. Awesome defence.

As someone said, Suns played pretty bad, everything but 1st quarter when they shot almost 80%.
Still props to this team, who played without Kanter and Mo, and made some proofs like Burks playing pg, and he didn't do bad.

I like the changes Corbin has made to the offense. I don't know if it's the players buying into the system or him changing it, but the offense looks pretty dang good. That said, if we have a quarter like the first against Denver...it's over.

Al can score in the movement offense, but it works better when he's not in. Honestly, I feel like, if anything, this game made it apparent how much better Millsap fits in with the young guys and the offense and defense we should be playing than Al. I know it was just one game against the Suns, but I've always felt like Millsap would be a terrific long-term fit with the young guys (or, unlike Al, with any team) and, in one of his first extended stints with the young guys in a while, he confirmed that.

Burks moves more than any of our other PG's do, so when he's in as our 3rd string PG our offense seems to have a lot of energy. It is fun to watch.
