It's also not the Grizzlies but what other teams did to improve around them. I mean a lot of shake up around the western conference, arguably 8 of the top 10 teams made big moves.

I think Lakers, Mavericks and T-Wolves were big upsets this year, while Warriors were big surprises.

Jazz are kind of just predictable. Memphis and Denver got better and so did Clippers.

Lakers seem to be making a come back, they might actually finish with 6th...
