If GS wants Dwight, they know they have to give up Barnes or K Thompson.

I will take either of them and BOTH would be ideal at SF.

Barnes is awesome....I want him on the Jazz

I read that thread. I don't think some of those fans have any idea how the NBA works. I couldn't believe that one of the guys said that they could get a 1st from Atlanta for Bogut. That is unreal. If anything, they'd have to attach their own 1st with Bogut for them to take on that contract. Also, late 1st round picks aren't worth taking on those contracts.

To me, if you're building around Howard (and Curry), you want to surround Howard with shooters, so I think Golden State needs to keep Klay. If I were Howard, I know I want to play with Thompson more than Barnes. Barnes will occupy his space more than Klay. I personally have not seen Barnes play so much, and personally prefer Klay, though I think we are more in need of a SF than a SG, though we could really use Thompson's outside shooting.

Both are terrific, and Klay is definitely a better shooter, but I think Barnes is a more complete two-way player. He also has a toughness about him that can't be taught. I'd take either of them and be thrilled to death about it, but probably prefer Harrison.

Bogut would be trivial to move. GS does not need to include assets to move Bogut.

Neither Klay nor Barnes will be traded unless Dwight is coming back, so that means LAL or GSW are their only possible destinations this season.
