no, al can't mentor Biyombo. no one can - he's hopeless on the offensive end and will never be a guy who can generate his own shot. al can mentor zeller though. zeller has a nice face-up game and is branding himself as a stretch 4, and wasn't a good post player in college. but al could definitely teach him post moves, and make him a more complete player. with some reliable post moves and his other offensive skills, big al could contribute to zeller's game and make him a more complete player on the offensive end.
