Al Jefferson Agrees To $41M Deal With Bobcats

no, al can't mentor Biyombo. no one can - he's hopeless on the offensive end and will never be a guy who can generate his own shot. al can mentor zeller though. zeller has a nice face-up game and is branding himself as a stretch 4, and wasn't a good post player in college. but al could definitely teach him post moves, and make him a more complete player. with some reliable post moves and his other offensive skills, big al could contribute to zeller's game and make him a more complete player on the offensive end.

Kind of surprised that Jefferson was not a good pick and roll player, but other than that, pretty much what I expected. Especially thrilled to hear that Al was teaching Favors and Kanter post moves, and hope that continues with Biyombo, Zeller, MKG, and McRoberts.

We started Hakim Warrick at power forward for a number of games last season, and Tyrus Thomas started a few as well, so whatever Jefferson does to make you guys pull your hair, trust me, we're immune to it. :p

Haha. Yeah, Al will definitely look better than Hakim Warrick and Tyrus Thomas.
