#1 Deron Williams
#2 Rudy Gobert
Some players will overlap with Stockton and Malone, but the criteria is simply that they spent a majority of their careers outside that context. In the offseason maybe we can do another series based on the best Jazz players ever, which we have done before.
Please nominate the next player to go on the list, and let me know if they should replace someone already on it!

Now I don't think there is much of an argument against AK-47.
BPM
Kirilenko vs. Mitchell (by age)
21: +5.8 // +1.2
22: +7.9 // +1.3
23: +9.2 // +1.9
24: +6.6 // +4.3
25: +3.8 // +4.3
WS
Kirilenko vs. Mitchell (by age)
21: 7.3 // 5.2
22: 9.2 // 5.0
23: 11.6 // 5.4
24: 5.5 // 6.2
25: 7.9 // 7.2
Note that AK played 41 games in his age 24 season, so was on track for near double-digits again, and DM played 53 games in his age 24 season and was likely also on track for near double-digits.
AK was a two-way player. He was a bit below average as a second scoring option but made up for it with incredible playmaking. Defensively I think he was the best player in the league not named Garnett, Duncan, or Wallace, and I think that if 04-05 had not been shortened for him due to injury that he wins DPOY that year because he started off looking even better than he was in 03-04. Maybe there is some element of magic, that 03-04 season was the most fun I've had as a fan, but he was also a really, really good player.

I vote to Mitchell. Ak was a great all-around player and all, but I think this is recent bias vs Donovan.
The guy is 3 time all-star (ak was 1), and he never has scored less than 20 ppg (AK never more). He is the best scorer we have since Malone.
If this year we finish something like 55-27 or so, he will be already selected.

I would say Mitchell is the best. Best overall player probably Kirilenko.
Most beloved: I would say for me: #1 Harpring, #2 Memo and Conley tied.
