This win was nice, but not totally surprising with the history here. As I said at the start of this thread, I think Wednesday is the truly big game.

Deron Williams > Chris Paul...... I can't get enough of Deron's blow-by right by Paul and in front of Chandler for the dunk.....

agreed, the win streak means nothing if we cant win the tie breaker against them, let alone build some ground.

Im just worried tonight's 3pt showing will make us be too confident in our outside shooting. I mean tonight was amazing, but the fact that it took us 12 yrs to have a franchise night, shows how consistent our long balling is. I hope we try and establish the inside game more in Denver.

From ESPN.COM:
"Williams badly outplayed Hornets guard Chris Paul, selected for the All-Star game last week while Williams was not. Williams got Paul into foul trouble and Paul finished with just six points and six assists."

What makes Deron's night even more impressive is this:

29 points on 11 of 13 shooting, 4 out of five from the charity stripe, and 3 out of 4 from deep.

Add the 11 assists, 3 boards, and 1 steal with no fouls is amazing.

The 3 TO's will be forgiven tonight!

I love Deron Williams.

I think KK was an okay addition to the team.

Welcome to Deron Williams poster Tyson Chandler.

Chandler and Paul were the biggest cry babies I have ever seen tonight though even though the refs sent their team to the line like crazy.

Suprising....NO! Chrissy Paul is the NBA's poster child. All the excuses in the world will be made for why he sucked tonights, but the straight up, Deron was just too much for him to handle. That is the reason why I prefer D-Will over CP3. Deron just overpowered him ALL NIGHT LONG!!
