I think Booz was there to set good pick

But I wouldn't blaim him for Dirk's last shot.

If he had a hand in dirk's face like he damn well should have I wouldn't blame him. I'm so **** sick of stat padding no defense playing boozer.

Dallas should never shoot more free throws than us, ever. They're STRICTLY a jump-shooting team.

This is getting ridiculous. Boozer for the most part was pretty good defensively and this last stretch he has been better than average. He had a brain fart, messed up but he also had some key plays to keep us in it (the And-1 over Dampier).

Yeah, rewatching the end, it was a team failure not just Boozer (although he sucked most). I'm just pissed and overreacting.

jazz__stoner wrote:Four things lost us the game tonight:

Korver got hacked by Dirk on a rebound causing a turnover, so a no call.

Deron got nailed by Dampier on a drive in and hit the foul HARD, no call and Deron got shaken up real bad.

This was my first reaction but on the replay it was Deron who used his off arm to push off Damp

The refs changed the right call of the night for the Jazz in the late minutes, of course, mostly inspired by the crowd booing.

And finally, of course, the Jazz's piss poor defense awareness to get back and defend the last seconds of the game.

Refs F***ed us

But what I like about it is that thanks to Sloan they learned to not to pay attention to bad calls.
This is what cost us game 4 against Spurs, we couldn't keep our cool.

That is why I'm so proud of Utah that they came so close to win this game...
If only Deron could bank another shot

Theres a difference between posting on NBA general on ISH and posting in a jazz board. Enjoy the Lakers or Spurs in round 1.

Honestly, this loss isn't that big of a deal. It would have been nice to win the game, but we were in Dallas, getting jobbed by the refs, and Deron played terribly.

My guess is the Jazz win out from here.

Deron is a baller. Clutch as hell, always hits the big shot (except that last one with .09 left) but the guy is a great player. Perfect Jazz man.

I feel bad for the Nuggets, because Saturday is going to be a hurricane.

I really hope they take their frustration out on them. If we get a win there, Denver beat Houston on sunday, the warriors beat PHX and we are back in the HCA convo.

The positive I see from this game is that the Jazz have proved they can beat any team (except maybe the Spurs and a bunch of team that didn't make the playoffs) on the road. It's good they did something that stupid still in the regular season. Come playoff time, they most likely won't repeat the mistake.

That's what I was just thinking. We're gonna come out of that tunnel ready to eat some serious chicken nuggets on Saturday.
