DF will continue to work on his face up; jumper and I think his value is much higher than LMA. Glad to see the SA does;t look to be in the running for DF's 'services! I see him making a nice jump past his former playing abilities and making it hard to not keep him. I like everything about display, and his demeanor. he is a quiet leader that seems to be back and ready to take it to the next level.

It will be interesting to see how the Pelicans do vs GSW tonight. They are trying to counter small ball with big ball as well.

I really like the player Snell is turning into. My kind of role player.

Watched some of the Magic game, Mario looks completely lost. Like he huffs ether during timeouts.

Milos Teodosic hurt his foot last night, so only played 11 minutes. He had x-rays that were negative, but will follow up with a MRI this morning. Hope he is OK and back to play against the Jazz on Tuesday. I hate to see any players go out with injuries.

Teodosic vs. Rubio would have been cool to watch.

The real decision the Jazz FO is making is between Continuity, Cap Flexibility, and Cash Considerations.

Mario Hezonja could be like a basketball seabiscuit. New scenery and right coach. I think snyder has a good of chance as any. Come dec 15 maybe it is expirings plus exum for fournier and eagle.

The Suns just fired Earl Watson, which is super weird given we're only 3 games into the season. I'm really not sure what they expected him to accomplish with the roster they gave him. This must be about something other than wins and losses. Do they make Corbin the head coach now?

What about The Thunder? Got the lead with a 3 pointer from MarshMello Anthony with 4 seconds left just to lose the game at the buzzer.

Priceless

There is a rumor that Bledsoe could be going to Nuggets for Mudiay and other pieces. If that is the case, Denver becomes that much more difficult to beat as Denver's worst position is PG at the moment.

Denver should be making serious offers to get Bledsoe. He'd be a perfect fit there.

Not good for Jazz fans if it happens. One could see last year that they were on the edge of being dangerous with a non-superstar team similar to the Jazz. Not sure their team defense can get to where the Jazz are but adding Bledsoe would be octane for the offense that is already impressive.

Memphis is the mini SAS. They will never, ever go away. They're always going to overachieve and have a good season.

The Jazz try to play a pretty brand of basketball, but there's an inherent toughness that MEM has and I'm very envious of it. It gives them huge advantage and I wish we would follow suit. What's the point in having two bigs if you're not going to be nasty inside?

I see your point but Jazz haven't played nasty since Karl Malone's elbows. Mark it here Jazz finish ahead of MEM this year with "pretty ball." The court is Rubio and Q's canvas - can't wait to see what they come up with. Also, go Twitter Rudy you think he has been playing "pretty ball". Take one for the team - thanks in advance!

Jazz look pretty tough to me this year. All the floor leaders are scrappers and defenders. We are winning playing stretches with basically no shooters.

Tomorrow night should be telling though, I expect Griffin and Beverly to try to cow this team, hopefully they will get a nasty surprise.

It's not about throwing elbows or hustling even. It's about leaning on and pushing everyone in their way. The Jazz aren't a physical team on offense. We try to finesse our way around the defense with passing, but it would nice to grind our way to some offensive rebounds now and again. Quin and DL have complained about being held because they are a "freedom of movement team"...Well the Grizzlies go wherever they damn well please.

There's a reason why Memphis wins year after year after year...and it's not their talent level.

Meh, we've had better offense than Memphis the last 2 years. I don't care if they play smashmouth type of basketball on offense, as long as they score well... I never thought of toughness as playing physical offense for some reason. Physical D is another thing and we play damn physical most of the time.

We had better offense than some teams that ran, yet here we are trying to run and we all agree it's the right move. I don't want to be Memphis, I want to do some of the things they do. They've had a lot of success doing what they do, and it's not an accident that they over perform every single year.

Bottom line, play to your strengths and avoid areas where you struggle. If you have two bigs, use two bigs. The Grizzlies make so many plays on both ends just by leaning on and pushing guys. We are almost always the bigger team, but it doesn't seem like we parlay that advantage well enough.

Or offensive and defensive schemes are very, very structured. There's nothing inherently wrong with that, but there's also nothing wrong with pushing the other team around because you can.
