At least the Jazz are not this lazy a team:

I like the quote- it makes me chuckle. And it was/is pretty much true.

Royce O'Neale just did it again. He had a game winning, offensive rebound and putback off a Kyrie Irving miss with 3 seconds left against the Heat. Then he stopped Jimmy Butler on the final play of the game. The Nets lost Kevin Durant in this game.

Bogey just helped the Pistons sink the Wolves a second time. He had 27 points on 15 fga with 6 rebs and 4 ast in 135-118 blowout over the Wolves last night.

Bojan comes through for the Jazz again. That Olynyk-Bojan trade paying off once again.

All kidding aside, every time I look at who the Wolves are playing next I get annoyed by how easy they have it. If they had a schedule as hard as the Jazz's they'd be one of the very worst teams in the league with around 15 wins, maybe less.

Bogey is playing so well I think the Pistons probably could get an unprotected first, from the Lakers maybe, but the Pistons are asking for an unprotected first AND a good young player. You will have to double lose it if they get both! A writer for the Athletic, James Edwards, wrote yesterday that their asking price is high, and that the Pistons aren't really very interested in trading Bogey unless they extract that high asking price.

I'll be extremely surprised if the Pistons get an unprotected pick for Bojan. I do think the Olynyk trade wasn't good because we could get more for Bojan and we can see now his demand is still very high and maybe even higher than before. But he's not the caliber of player that garners unprotected picks so I'll be shocked if that happens.

Bobby Portis is out with an MCL Sprain.

While not the same type of players, this may increase the value/demand of players like Olynyk, Vanderbilt and Bojan Bogdanovic.

It is now confirmed that it was the Knicks who offered 3 FRPs for Anunoby. They probably offered all the protected picks that belong to other teams. Goes to show what they're really worth.

Knicks Offered Multiple First-Round Picks For OG Anunoby

In other news, the Bulls are looking for 2 FRPs for Caruso, which seems to me like an absurd price even if he weren't injured all the time. If he's worth 2 picks, then Anunoby is worth 6. The asking prices out there are ridiculous, but I suppose we don't have the right to complain since it was mostly Ainge who caused this.

Teams know those picks are garbage… Knicks wasted a good pick on absolute shite.

The John Collins rumors are starting to get annoying. They reek of the Hawks' desperation. They've been trying to move him for at least two seasons now, and it seems like every team in the league is interested in him if we believe all those rumors (the latest is the Pelicans are interested), and yet he's still there, being underutilized in Atlanta. Seriously, it just feels like the Hawks are spreading\spamming those rumors in order to start a bidding war and judging by how long it's been, it doesn't seem to work. It's just pathetic at this point. You're not getting what you want from any team, just trade the guy already.

He’s likely viewed as overpaid and will require ATL to eat bad money or send a pick, I would send Olynyk and Gay for him in a heartbeat but if they want Vando then I want a pick back.

There is a rumor that Miami wants Vando, I would imagine this is Ainge trying to leverage Atlanta to send us Collins and a pick.

Rockets have a smile from ear to ear with the Nets FRPs for 2025 and 2027, a couple of swaps. Nets really screwed the pooch by trading Harden instead of Irving, and even more for going after Simmons of all players.

This is why the Cavs trade to me looks so good. Already Cavs fans are asking themself if Garland and Mitchell can work well together, and same for Allen and Mobley. Not sure they will exactly implode, it's not looking they made much of improvement from last season.
