NY trades: Fournier, Barrett, Reddish, Grimes, 2 FR 0 protection, 2 FR Swaps

Gives you some solid players to build around and some future picks. You take on Fournier but they take on Gay.

With 2 young players in Barrett, Reddish, Grimes that can all be good rotational players I would be willing to take less draft capital. 2 FRP and move 2 of the others to swaps so we possibly could move up in the drafts.

The Knicks are not getting off that easy. More picks... IMO you go for the kill and get as many picks as you possibly can and as further away in time as possible. You have the Rudy Gobert benchmark. You don't accept anything less... 4-5 picks, multiple swaps... This is Ainge we are talking about.

Prototypical “We listen to offers on all our players” ainge quote coming soon. Followed by a response from DM’s camp that he’s insulted and wants out and has a list.

One thing for sure ainge is gonna ask for the moon sun and stars.

Jazz: Fournier, Toppin, RJ Barret and Quickly and three 1sts and two pick swaps. I'm not 100% sure, but since the Knicks got a ton of picks in the draft, they should be able to give us 2023, 2024, and 2025 picks in a row with pick swaps later or does Stepian rule just factor in team’s own picks?

Knicks: Mitchell and Gay

Jazz flip Fournier or Beasley to Cavs in sign and trade for Sexton

Jazz trade Pat Beverly to Mavs for Powell and 1st

Jazz give two 1sts and Conley and NAW to Suns in sign and trade for Ayton.

Quickly, Sexton, Barett, Toppin, Ayton as a young core with potential, and the Jazz still have a ton of future picks. Overshooting?

Seems like NY is our best dance partner, what’s the best package that Ainge will agree too?

I think the two most realistic deals with NY are:
A.) RJ Barrett, filler, picks
B.) Other young players, filler, way more picks

Orlando may be interested. What are you looking for in a deal?

I could see Giddey on the market, would explain why Giddey got so much SL minutes, for exposure.
OKC also picked up Dieng who is a lesser version of Giddey in some respects.

He could be the basis of a trade for Mitchell but no chance on Chet being involved.

Mitchell might get traded? He might want out? Whoa. Who could have predicted that after his second season? Shocking I say. Next thing you know, they will tell you that water is wet.

I bet Mitchell wants out because he doesn't want to play in those ugly new jerseys.

First, the Jazz unveil the new jerseys, then, Mitchell wants out. Coincidence?

The real decision the Jazz FO is making is between Continuity, Cap Flexibility, and Cash Considerations.

That a serious get for you guys.
Those are all good players , and if that many picks , haha that is a haul im a Knicks and bulls fan.
For Knicks would need some help back for sf.
Options are thin would be no on swaps but yes on 3 1st rounders. Will add swaps for Clarkson .

Picks... ALL OF THEM!

Think about the trade we got for Gobert and ask yourself - is the GM that did that trade going to take that package for Mitchell? The offer STARTS with 3 unprotected+top 5 protected+swaps. Then you start adding auxiliary pieces.

New York wants Mitchell...they have many pics.....they do not want to trade Barret.

I want 4 1st round picks, Toppin and role players for Mitchell.
