Kobe's game

Kobe is awesome, I love his game....until he plays the Jazz.
I have one grip that he should be called on much more often. Especially after his complaining of people kicking there feet out after a shot to draw the foul. Kobe should be called for a foul the way he gets defenders off of himself for a shoot. Every time he gets the ball and he starts with a stand still he puts his shoulder down and pushes the defender off. It wouldn't be a foul (in my opinion) if he didn't lower his shoulder the way he does but it is so obviously offensively instigated, and he is lowering his shoulder to the opponent, and he is playing the player and not trying to get a new spot on the floor. Drives me nuts and I'm sure this is a big reason why he has become such a great finisher because of this advantage he has learned to get space for his shot and has gotten away with.
This, and elbows to clear the opponents when getting a rebound are in the same area of concern and Malone got a boat load of mouth about that until he stopped doing it. VERY SIMILAR style here as what Kobe is doing.
Am I off here or does anyone else see this? What do you all think?
