I want Boozer gone via S&T but certainly not for Beasly, dude hasn't panned out at all in Miami, Sloan would undoubtedly hate the kid.

It would have to be a future first rounder. That wouldn't work. It would be best for this year to help them move up.

Boozer >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> Beasley.
I can't believe I actually thought this would be a good idea at the start of the season.
Plus, Miami would just try to sign him. They would never trade Beasley for a guy they have the capspace to sign.

Here's why Miami might do a S&T: to get Boozer the bigger contract, and rid themselves of Beasley, who will become a serious malcontent after the Heat land Boozer. But it would probably make more sense to just target Amare, Bosh or Boozer with cap space and then trade Beasley for someone else.
I'm really not keen on this trade, but I do have to chuckle at how many Heat fans laughed off any Boozer for Beasley offers last summer, and now look where we are...

After this series, Boozer has to go...Millsap is a better alround player.

It's really unfortunate for Boozer's Jazz legacy that he goes out like this. He really had a helluva year, one of his best in Utah. It's just too bad that he seems to close out every season against the team that brings out the worst in him.

Forget this series, look at the Denver Series. Please With Millsap as our starting PF we would of been in the lotto.

Beasley would do terribly here. Fesenko was put in the dog house for blonde hair, imagine if he got a SuperCoolFes tattoo.

Sap owned them too. What are you talking about?

Milsap can't match up against Gasol or Odom. Boozer isn't much better but he is still better.

Millsap is a comparable player with a much better contract, who do you think the front office wants to keep?

The FO wants to keep both of them.

I'm sure they want to keep both, but I think they know that that is probably not going to happen. Who knows, stranger things have happened.

Carlos Boozer should be shipped in a sign-trade but why should it be for a similarly defenseless and undersized player, playing for a contract? Deja vu, no?
Toledo is right; Millsap is the starting four from now on - at a wonderful $8M per season - and O'Connor should do what he can with Boozer, the lottery pick, Andrei's expiring deal and, eventually, Memo to get some athletic size with skills to complement Paul up front, plus another shooter (especially if Korver asks too much to stay) for the wing.

Chuck said it best. We need to get rid of Boozer if we want to do anything against the Lakers. As good as he was this year, and I truly believe he wants to come back (is there a team in the league more suited to his game?), but I think it's time we parted ways. He will go down as the 2nd best PF to play for the Jazz. Good for him.

I don't see us getting anything for Booz, lottery pick I'm guessing will be Aldridge, and I don't think we'll be able to trade AK. That leaves us as a defensive team with players that can score but none that can be a primary scorer. I'm really excited to see what Matthews does with his game over the offseason.

Matthews and CJ could both be very good scorers if they refine their games over the off season. Deron can be the main scorer every 3 games or so. AK and Sap can be quality 3rd scorers. Okur, who knows when he will be back and what he will be able to even do on the court. He may have an early retirement in the not so distant future.
