Splitter signs with Spurs, good sign for Jazz!

Tiago Splitter, who has long been considered the best NBA rights held Euro not playing in the NBA, signed with the Spurs today for 3 year 10.9 million dollars. Most suspected he'd get a salary much bigger than this and likely the full MLE considering he easily could have signed in the Spanish League for more money.
This gives me a lot of hope for Ante Tomic eventually coming over to the Jazz. All sings point to him being able to get more money overseas, but if Splitter can come over and have success in the NBA it could really boost our chances of bringing Tomic over to be our C with out breaking the bank.
