STEIN_LINE_HQ Just filed to ESPN.com: Raja Bell will not be meeting with Kobe Bryant after all ... because Bell has been snapped up Utah

DJPKKFAN 1320 KFAN is reporting that Raja Bell is returning to the Jazz. He blew off the Lakers and everybody else

STEIN_LINE_HQ Sources say Jazz put hard press on Bell -- who has played for Jerry Sloan before -- and offered three-year deal worth nearly $10 million

yeah, matthews is gone. theres our savvy vet who probably hates the lakers just as much as most jazz fans

from what i've read lakers were only offering his starting at 1.8 mil a year, our deal will be as much as 3.

I loved Bell when we had him. I didn't have league pass back then but I remember being online with the gamecast and he hit some clutch shots for us in 03-04.

Hell. Yes. He's on the back-end of his career, obviously, but I think that's a fair price. Good signing. This off-season is looking better every day!

It's nice to have him back, but I don't know about a three year contract. At least it is small so it won't be too bad if he plays poorly.

I wasnt a huge fan of him when he was here, but that was because I thought Sloan played him way too much. I hope he doesnt do the same this time.

wow, didn't see this signing happening. He is on the downward side of his career, but 3.33mill per year is a good deal. Excellent move for the money.

Did they use part of the Harpring TE for this? Do they still have room to go get another guy like a Rasual Butler or Shannon Brown?
