Amundson and Tolliver will probably cost more than Greg is willing to spend at this point. I could see us taking a serious look at Moore, I loved that guy when he was here a few years back. He's gotta lotta heart

true can't believe i completely forgot about him. Although his size does worry me a bit who can't back down a guy who weighs less then 200 pounds? so yeah I guess our roster is set

Deron,Price,Gaines
Bell,Hayward,Jeffers
Ak,CJ
Millsap,Evans
Jefferson,Okur,Fes

BRING ON THE SEASON!!!! sucks it's 3+ months away ugh. in other news I think the NBA and NFL should offset each other. Would make sports watching a lot better IMO.

Fes would be great, we need a 3rd center.

Jefferson(24)/Okur(24)/Fes (fills in for injured center)
Millsap(34)/Jefferson(10)/Kirilenko(4)/Evans (fills in if injury bug strikes)
Kirilenko(24)/Hayward(20)/Miles (4)
Bell(24)/Miles(24)
Williams(36)/Price(12)

Player - mins
Williams - 36
Jefferson - 34
Millsap - 34
Kirilenko - 28
Miles - 28
Okur - 24
Bell - 24
Hayward - 20
Price - 12
Fes - Garbage time or about 12mpg at center when someone is injured
Evans - Garbage time or if injury bug strikes our PFs (knock on wood)
Need 2 more players - Gaines I think is coming back and we could use one more swingman.

You haven't seen anything. The most under rated Jazz man by far.

He shot 41% in limited minutes last year and shot just 44% in orlando summer league, he's offensively challenged. he can rebound the basketball but that's about all he brings to the table.

I don't get this. Jazz seem really stacked at the 4 and 5 right now. You've got Millsap, Jefferson, and Okur, along with Kirilenko who should be seeing minutes at the 4. There's no more room there. If anything the Jazz need another 2 guard to backup Bell. It should be Miles and AK at the 3 with AK playing some backup 4. Then Millsap, Okur, and AK getting minutes at the 4, with Jefferson and Okur playing at the 5. Williams is set at PG and the only gap left on the team is backup 2 guard.

I don't want to see Hayward play this year, he's too weak and needs time to adapt to the NBA. Maybe Utah should throw the vet minimum at a guy like Bobby Simmons, who would be more than serviceable for a year.

How is he going to adapt to the NBA without playing in the NBA?

Naaaa. That's stupid. No one else is really worth double the minimum salary. No more guaranteed contracts should be signed. A can't miss pick up with the TPEs that are left, and it might be worth it.

Hayward fits this team very well. How do you expect hayward to ever live up to his #9 spot without playing? He's not that weak either. He doesn't need to guard guys who are huge, he'll do fine against plenty of SF's and SG's. Maybe you should look at what you wrote and perhaps rephrase it because right now your not looking too bright on that comment.

I guess some people aren't used to having a top 10 pick; or still think they are smarter than KOC.

I hope Hayward gets some time to play. I think he has some skills and I want him to hone them incase we need them. Last year we needed Fes in the playoffs and everyone said he should have played more. If we have a spot and we see him as a long term Jazz man he needs to get time when he can so he is ready when his name is called.
