It's All Those Jazz! Bulls have their starting two guard as NBA sources say they agree to $12.5 million three-year deal with Ronnie Brewer

So Korver, Boozer, and Brewer now.

I don't get why we were confortable with the guy and in a few months seems like nobody wanted him.... I think without Matthews he wouls be serviciable, he was a great slasher.

Well, we had no SG on the team at all. Last season we didn't have one either as Hinrich is a PG who was forced to play 2. Just to get a SG with size is nice when you look at it like that.

These losses won't make or break your team but they'll really help the Bulls because they were all in areas of weakness.

Best of luck to your team this year.

Finishing the season hurt certainly didn't help.

Brewer is going to be great for the Bulls. Lets face it, what was missing in our WCF run was a shooter and a big man. We got Korver the following year but then Gasol was gifted to the Lakers. Fisher leaving hurt us more than people realize. The Bulls have a good team now if they can put it together because those players are known to play well together. The East is going to be tough now, but there is always a shot.

Best of luck to Brewer who was one of the more exciting players the Jazz have had in recent years.

Brewer has his posisitives, but the Bulls needed shooters, and this guy certainly isn't it.......

Bulls will have the same issue Utah had, their only shooter on the team is Kyle Korver. Derrick Rose can't even shoot like Deron does and Deng is probably comparable to Kirilenko.

Rose/Brewer/Deng/Boozer/Noah....that's a crammed paint area.

So the Magic match the Redick offer sheet and the Bulls counter by signing Ronnie Brewer???

Almost like signing Muggsy Bogues to an offer sheet and when its matched you decide to sign Manute Bol instead.

I like Ronnie. I wish him the best. But I like Bell and Matthews more. I wonder far the Chicago Jazz will go.

Lol I just heard a bulls fan say that Wesley isn't the Jazz system anymore so he won't be nearly the same player. Right after talking about how Great Brewer,Boozer and Korver are gonna be

Can you spell hypocrite ?

Derrick Rose can't be happy right now. It's as if the Bulls are trying to expose his weakness instead of hiding it.

I may have to agree with the guy. Mathews won't put up the same numbers in Portland, but Korver, Booz, and Brewer will probably be comparable to where they were last year.

Korver is still the only shooter on his team. His stats shouldn't change much.

Brewer usually earns his points through defense and passes from D-Will and Booz, just swap D-Will and D-Rose.

Boozer earns his points through low-post isolation. Boozers stats may actually improve playing next to a defensive big, then again, they could go down without a player to stretch the paint like Memo.

I'm sure he'll do fine on the Bulls, but I'm glad the Jazz aren't paying him $12.5M over three years.

THE Chicago Ja Bulls

At least these players should all jell quickly.

I too liked Ronnie B, I hope he does really well.

He is worth the 12 million 3 year contract, Bell is worth the 10 million 3 year contract, but 5 Years at 34 million for Mathews? Portland is so dumb.

Jazz were probably looking to pick him up around 2m per.

I am starting to think that the Bulls will be my favorite team in the East. It will be cool to watch the 3 old jazzers. I hope they do pretty well.

Deng is actually a good shooter. Just not from three point land but his corner three like Bruce Bowen is good.

Derrick is also a good mid range shooter.

Also Bulls still have almost 8 million left in cap space. I would like Roger Mason Jr. and Eddie House to fill out the backcourt spots.
