He has all the skills to be at least a good NBA player. The Jazz hope he turns into an allstar NBA player and that really depends on how much he wants it. He needs to bulk up, improve his outside shot, and be much more aggressive offensively and defensively. I am scared of the last part more than anything. Is he going to be a soft player and play scared against the tough physical players or is there a little Harpring and John Stockton in him. Kids that grow up in the tough big cities have to be tough to get by on the court, while Hayward has not have to do that ever. I really liked the pick when it was made. He maybe the face of the franchise in 4-5 years.

He was smoking those handling drills. That is good to see. Jonathan Tavernari was in the same workout.

You'd be surprised how good NBA players are alone. I saw an overweight former 12th man PG destroy a bunch of fit 20 somethings at 24hour Fitness.
