For now, they just told me to go until I can't, basically. That probably means he's not going to let me do too much of the contact stuff today. But I don't feel bad at all.

I'm fine. A lot of the soreness from one side of it is gone. Just some movement that hurt now, because the swelling didn't get too bad because we wrapped it up right after. I'll be fine. Hopefully tomorrow I'll be able to do the full practice.
