What if Millsap was 6 feet 10?

Post#1 » by Millsap_24 » Thu Nov 11, 2010 9:40 am

The only negative about millsap is his size. He isn't your typical NBA PF. He's short. However, he has everything else you want from a NBA forward.

Only if Millsap was 6 feet 10. He would be a monster, day in and day out!!

What if Shaq could hit free throws?

What if Nate Robinson was 8 foot 2? He'd look ridiculous!

He probably would've been recruited by bigger colleges, not have the under dog mentality, not be as hard of a worker because everything was just given to him and nobody ever told him no.

Really I think that is an excellent point, Sap works hard because he wasn't feed on the silver spoon. Give him more height and he wouldn't have even been on the Jazz or for us to even have this discussion. And what if he was 6'10", who cares about what if's. What if we beat the Bulls in the finals?

He would have been recruited differently into college and/or the pros. he would presumably not been a 2nd rounder and thus would probably not even be on the jazz team. If he was still the animal he is currently, he would or could have been an easy top 3 pick.

the fact that he led college and highschool in rebounding all those years and NOONE gave him any sort of credit for that when taking his value as a draft pick in consideration truly staggers me. Karl Malone's parting gift I guess.

Hmmm.. Charles Barkley was 6'6" and one of the best 4's of all time.

So I wouldnt worry too much about Millsap being ONLY 6'8"
