The first time we played at Portland last season we had a huge 27 point lead then Boozer got hurt and Aldridge was raping Millsap inside.

Start Elson along side Milsap. Elson can shoot and rebound, Jefferson cannot..for bigger centers start Fesenko..against the lakers start Jefferson. Jefferson/Fesenko are the backup PF/C duo off the bench.

(there's my backseat coaching right there..)

8-)

..Anyway..hope the Jazz rebound (literally) from that bad game. Too bad we didn't get Elson last year with Boozer and Matthews... that would be quite the team I think with Fesenko off the bench. No more Milsap/Boozer out together with Boozer playing center. Ahh...too bad..

No Roy, we should come out aggressive. I predict a win.

Deron owns the PG match up, Bell and Wes should be fun, AK/Batum is exciting, Millsap vs. Aldridge is an interesting competition of styles, and Jefferson should be a fun offense vs. defense match up with Camby.

I have a feeling Matthews is going to own us tonight.

Good luck guys. Finally a rivalry game. I'm ready to see my blazers win by 20! :D Seriously though, I think this could be a tough game for both sides. The RG is a pretty tough arena but the Jazz look more than up to the challenge. The Blazers have been hit or miss this season, but we've also had quite a few road games.

Just a side note, the NBA is crazy for not putting Paul Millsap on the all-star ballot. He probably wouldn't get voted in anyways mainly because he happens to play one of the most loaded positions in the WC, but he definitely deserves a shot.

I gotta admit, on most cases it's "bad luck" with long rebounds, but... IT CAN'T ALL BE BAD LUCK. And I have to point out that it isn't all on Al. Also remeber, Al is playing C, Boozer did his thing at the PF spot.

Ive said it before its team effort. The rest of the team is standing around. Guards need to get their ass in to grab the rebound too.
