Why did Raja Bell Really sign with the Jazz instead of the Lakers.

It wasnt to win a ring,

It wasnt for playing time, it would of been about equal.

It was for the start. I believe he was promised the starting job.

The good news is that we have him for two more years after this one.

Pretty sure he didn't wanna play for L.A. The dude hates Kobe. He signed with us cuz he played well here, and he felt he could contribute more to this team than riding the pine in L.A. Sadly... his season will probably end with hiim riding the pine anyhow. Unless he can find his stroke again.

He was smart, realized his game wasn't worth a damn, realized we wanted to throw 3 years at him despite not wanting to resign Korver, and he jumped on it.

Smart guy, garbage player.

This. I like Raja, and I thought at $10mm he was a good signing. I was wrong. At this point in his career, he has no business getting playing time over anyone not on the 12th seat of the Clippers bench.

He knew this, and took the best contract offer on the table. Can't blame him.

He is a good 2 coming off the bench. I don't know why he is still starting, but he is not completely worthless or horrible. He had actually been shooting the 3 ball pretty well before this losing streak. Seems everyone is going through this lull from top to bottom, though Deron broke out of it last night.

He can still play an effective role off the bench......

The guy is not having THAT bad of a season....... It's jus amplified because of the losing streak.......

There's no reason to play him 30 minutes a game, though....... Are you listening, Jerry??????

The much bigger problem is up front......

People just don't want to admit that Millsap should not be a starting PF in the NBA.......

Well, there are worse starting 4s out there.

But I do think Okur and Jefferson should start. But, Millsap should still be getting 30-32 min off the bench.

Sure, there probably are....... But not for teams that think they can compete for the title.......

I wouldn't start Okur at this point, he still hasn't recovered from his injury....... Start Jefferson and Elson...... Elson is not a bad defender, at least he's tall, and he can easily hit the 15-17 foot jumper, just like MIllsap......

If Millsap is gonna come off the bench then AK should start at the 4, with Hayward starting at the 3. But I still think Millsap is our starter.
