A young coach with Sloan-like toughness and has won titles

Bill Laimbeer, assistant coach of the T-Wolves. As a player Laimbeer was known as a tough SOB who would get into heads of superstar players like Bird and Barkley. He won championships as a player. As the head coach of the Detroit Shock he won multiple championships. He also coached Cheryl Ford, daughter of Karl Malone. This guy is like a young Jerry Sloan who won't back down from anyone. At the same time I think he can relate more to the younger players and brings a championship pedegree. With the Jazz having trouble recruiting big named free agents the Jazz need a strong leadership at the coaching position. The Jazz have a reputation of being villains in the NBA. Lets bring the biggest villain of them all to lead us.
