with a season full of change I wanted to look at the team with a glass half full attitude and see what we can take out of this season. Feel free to add to the list, just keep it positive please

1. We have a solid group of young players now. Favors, Hayward, 2 lottery picks, Even Harris, Sap, and AJ are young. Evans is fun to watch as well and I think he will be better then I originally thought. If 3 of these guys realize their full potential we could make some noise again. I still wish we had the rocky mountain review..... would be fun this offseason.

2. We saw the Jazz willing to take Risks (not sure if they have paid off yet or not) but the fact they are willing to is refreshing.

3. I don't believe their are any free agents this summer I would cry if we lose to Portland :P

Please add to this list I need more positives going into this offseason....

This is a much better way to say this than by telling everyone to chill out and including 1,000,000,000 exclamation points in your post.

But yes, I'm glad the Jazz have some kind of direction and hope for the future. There could be nothing worse than being one of these other middle of the road teams, especially the financially strapped ones with no significant draft picks to look forward to.

For falling as hard as we did, we're really in way better position than most other struggling teams in the NBA.

The best thing about this season is extra tickets have been really cheap on the ticket broker sites! Especially the ones directly under the part of the sky that's falling.

And another thing that has been good is the !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The Jazz have a ton to build on...... There's no reason for anybody not to feel positive about the future......

Jefferson/Favors/Millsap/Harris/Hayward/Evans, 2 lottery picks is a great foundation to build on......

Our largest salary is coming off the books (AK) which will provide a bit of breathing room from the luxury tax threshold. Flexibility is always a good thing when they are signing people for next year.

The only contracts that have more than 2 years remaining on them is Favors and Hayward on their rookie contracts. This means the rebuilding will not be hindered over the next few years by a big, long-term contract.

I loved the emotion Greg Miller showed at the Wizards game as the young guys came back and forced overtime. I'm sure he was disappointed in the end result but for me that shot down the criticism from some that he doesn't have the same fire and determination that Larry did.

AK's contract coming off the books is a huge plus actually. I can't believe I forgot about that one. Sap has more then 2 years remaining doesn't he?

Nope. Like Jefferson, Harris and Raja, he's signed through 2012-2013.

Yep. We have Raja Bell under contract for TWO MORE YEARS.

He can still be effective, just not as a starter playing 35 minutes a game......

I don't get why Corbin isn't starting Hayward, or isn't giving him 30 minutes....... What is he saving him for? The playoffs?
