So.... would you trade #3 and #12 for the #2?

Pretty easy question. If Minny was inclined to make the swap, would we do it? Do we like Williams that much more than Kanter or others?

I wouldn't. Five years from now the guy picked at 12 could be as good as the guy picked at 2 in this draft.

not without another asset coming back our way. Unless Cleveland passed on Kyrie, then we'd have to consider it. Otherwise I dont feel like the difference between Kanter and Knight and Williams is big enough to justify the cost.

Moving up ONE spot is not worth two lottery picks.

I was gonna ask the same thing. #2/Flynn for #3/#12?

IF, and only if it is Kyrie Irving and we have something else coming our way.

Does Minnesota want Williams? He is kind of repetitive to the skills of K-Love and Beasely.

Maybe....

Some good trade is possible.

I don't think that he is that repetitive to K-Love.

It might just be me but I would think that Flynn has more value than the 12th pick. We would do much better they the T-wolves on that one.

I would rather trade down to the 5th spot and pick up Kemba or Knight and add another asset while we are at it.

I probably wouldn't because its not a certainty that the Wolves will take Williams.

Okay, but he doesn't have negative value, does he?

I can't see the Wolves taking Williams. They need a legit big man alongside of Love and they already have B-easy and Johnson at the 3 spot. Unless they are going to take the strategy of amassing players at the same position like they did at the PG spot a couple years ago......

So unless the Cavs fall in love with Williams I see him being the pick at 3rd.

Shoot, only 3rd pick. No way you're getting Jimmer now.
